Quando si digita “Mom Jeans” su Wikipedia e si guarda il risultato, non sembra tanto di avere a che fare come l’ultimo trend del momento, quanto più che altro di trovarsi di fronte al killer peggiore della femminilità.

E’ una tipica eredità degli anni ’90 (da cui abbiamo ripreso il grunge, le Dr. Martens e i Crop Tops) che è tornata in voga prima nello street style, poi sulle passerelle e infine su TopShop, su cui stanno veramente spopolando.
Le celebs li amano, Gwyneth Paltrow ci è uscita addirittura fuori di casa con le infradito e le fashioniste più accanite le indossano col micidiale mix-hipster di stivalettoni Balenciaga e tshirt over infilata dentro la cintura .
La antiforma di questi jeans ricorda molto quella dei boy-friend, ma la vita è ancora più alta e la gamba è un tubo un pochino più aderente.
La parte B, uno dei punti forti di ogni ragazza, sembra più lunga del normale e estremamente piatta.

Insomma, per starvi bene dovete essere delle stagnole filiformi e se vi stanno bene… fatevelo dire, siete fatte troppo bene per sformarvi con un paio di jeans del genere.
Penso che l’outfit migliore per questo tipo di jeans possa essere uno dal forte accento maschile, magari con una camicia aperta e una giacca che segna il punto vita.
